LabelWorx Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 1st 2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how Label Worx Limited (“LabelWorx”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.labelworx.com (the “Website”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, the LabelWorx Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

  • Label Worx Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06729435.
  • Registered office: 61b Humber Street, Kingston upon Hull, HU1 1TU, United Kingdom.
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZA823278.
  • Questions about this Cookie Policy: privacy@label-worx.com.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, pixels and software development kits, store or read information on your device in comparable ways. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies” unless we say otherwise. They let a website function, remember your actions and preferences, and measure or support how the site and our advertising are used.

3. How the law applies to our cookies

Our use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”) and, for any personal data involved, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Under PECR:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: those essential to provide a service you have asked for, are set without consent, as PECR permits.
  • All other cookies: including analytics, functionality and advertising cookies, are placed only with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner and can withdraw at any time (see section 6).

4. The categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies keep the Website secure and working (for example, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery and maintaining your session).

Analytics/performance cookies and technologies help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it.

Functionality cookies remember choices you make.

Advertising/targeting cookies and technologies help us measure and deliver marketing, including through third-party platforms.

5. Cookies and similar technologies currently in use

6. Managing your consent and cookies

When you first visit the Website, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies by category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, blocking or deleting cookies, or using private/incognito browsing. Guidance for common browsers is available from their providers. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website from working.

7. Third parties and international transfers

Some cookies and technologies involve third parties who act as separate controllers of the data they collect: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (advertising and measurement) and Fathom Analytics (aggregated analytics). Where these providers transfer personal data outside the UK, for example to the United States, LabelWorx relies on the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the providers apply their own safeguards. Please see the relevant provider’s own privacy and cookie notices for further detail.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to legal requirements. We will post the updated version on the Website and revise the effective date above. Where required, we will ask for your consent again.
